Hi, I'm Mary, founder of Weather Report.

I have always been an artist and have worked in many different mediums (photography, printmaking, glass and textiles), but I reconnected with clay in 2016, and have been making functional objects ever since.  The magic of ceramics embodies everything I love about creating: using my hands, embracing chance, and pretending I understand chemistry.

Weather Report is a collection of handmade vases and planters meant to celebrate the beauty of plants and flowers.  The work combines my love for wild colors with my love for nature, and all of the pieces are handmade by me here in NYC.
